After ten years of music career and trying to improve everything I can as a person and a musician, 'Em Direção ao Sol' is my first portuguese single in almost nine years and represents a new stage in my life. I made a choice to sing in my native language and I'm still trying to get better at mixing/mastering songs before I try to get on with my fourht album.

'Em Direção ao Sol' (Towards the Sun, in eng.) is a rock and electronic song with shoegaze elements and is the first single with my new emblem to set a new era as julnen.

The lyrics talk about wandering in the dark to find meaning and light to escape from damnation. The song starts off very dark, but ends up in a very optimistic way. Ending with positive messages of perseverance and determination.
